  • Work closely with front-of-house leadership to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Who We're Looking For

You are a chef at heart with a genuine passion for food.

You understand flavor, balance, seasoning, texture, presentation, and the importance of starting with quality ingredients. You are creative and enjoy developing new ideas while respecting the identity of the restaurant.

You also understand that creativity must be matched by consistency. You take pride in the details and expect every plate leaving your kitchen to meet the same high standard.

You are a leader who enjoys teaching and developing others and knows that exceptional food comes from a team that takes pride in its craft.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of culinary leadership or supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.

  • Experience in an upscale, chef-driven, or high-volume restaurant strongly preferred.

  • Strong palate and understanding of flavor development, technique, and presentation.

  • Experience with menu development, seasonal features, or recipe creation preferred.

Join Whiskey & Vine

We are looking for more than someone who can manage a kitchen.

We want a chef who loves food, respects the craft, values great ingredients, thinks creatively, and takes personal pride in every plate. Someone who wants to contribute ideas, develop people, raise the standard, and help shape the future of the Whiskey & Vine culinary program.

If that sounds like you, complete our short application today.

I think this is much closer. It still feels like a serious Chef de Cuisine position, but the candidate gets to the important part—we want someone creative who cares deeply about food—within the first few seconds.

U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Information (Completion is voluntary)

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

You are being given the opportunity to provide the following information in order to help us comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action record keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.

Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

Form CC-305

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
